The mission associated with it is insufferably boring. You have to use Discredit on 50 people with "vices" attached to them, $5,000 each. There's also pure shmuck bait in the form of "panic attack" buttons which trigger earthquakes when you press them, and do absolutely nothing otherwise. There's no reason to ever press on one until the very end when necessary to end the miserable mission.. Buy it with the bundle.. First i am going to be talking about not only this DLC but all of them.Pros with the DLC: buildings are fun:Missions are Ok but i was about to completely say they were bad.Cons with DLC: i like the outifts in the game, but all of these crap DLC's add are goofy and dumb hats.: They are Boring and to be honest should be free.: There are Only TWO fun and Enjoyable DLC and that is Espionage and waterbourne.: Tropico 4 had Amazing DLC, so when Tropico 5 Came out i thought the DLC would be even better, but no it was a huge Fail. Like i said Espionage and Waterbourne are very good but even they can get boring.we need a few More Expanison packs, why can't we have awesome rallys and Parades. if they make a Tropico 6 i am not buying any of the DLC untill i see some Gameplay. to be honest they might never make a Tropico 6.. Tropico has a history of producing very average filler DLC, while most of them are usually decent bits of fun "Mad World" offers nothing for the user except frustration and torment. It is a grind and is buggy beyond all belief. Parts of the game are uncompletable, not just through technical bugs but also by some mind-blowingly terrible design choices, things that even one playthrough in the office would have raised so many red flags everyone would have gone colourblind.I struggle to comprehend how a product this flawed can even be released and it is a shame that is has muddied my experience with such a good and interesting franchise.. The scenario which comes with this DLC is called "Madness". It is rightly named because I fell madly in love with the DLC.. Just another building and a outfit to make you look like a clown walking down the street. Don't buy it even if it's on sale. It should have just been a update or not existing at all. Just another attempt to steal youre money.. I am reviewing it based on a completed mission. The campaign mission added with this DLC is very fun, I loved it. The missions weren't overly hard, it let you do things at your own pace while adding difficulty along the way and I built my city and it was a very nice city until the finish of the mission. The mission took me approx. 4 hours (2 hours today, about 2 or so yesterday). The new building is nice, but it is a building I'll never use.I haven't touched any other stuff in the DLC.I purchased it for $1.40 on sale alongside Tropico 5 and I recommend it at $1.40. For the base price of $3.99, it is consumers choice whether they want to purchase the game. 8\/10----Thanks for reading my review!
